Built for a particular kind of studio.
TrackPil was designed around a specific way of working. If the description below sounds like your studio it will probably earn its place; if it doesn't, we would rather say so.
Where it works
Boutique and reformer studios
Thirty to three hundred active clients. Places where the instructor knows the client and works one-to-one or in small groups.
Studios that measure, or want to
If you already keep measurements in a notebook or a spreadsheet the move is straightforward. If you keep none, this is a reasonable place to start.
Instructors who talk about progress
If you set goals at the start of a term and review them at the end, the report becomes the record of that conversation.
Owners who want the work to be visible
If it matters to you that a client can see what their money bought, in something they can keep.
Where it won't help
If you are looking for bookings and attendance
Class schedules, capacity, cancellations and no-show tracking are not part of this product.
If you are looking for packages and payments
Package sales, remaining-session balances and billing are not here. The session reminder that can appear on a report is a manually typed, one-off note.
If you need an app your clients log into
There is no client account. The client receives a PDF and you are the one who sends it.
We are not replacing your studio software
If you run Mindbody, Momence, Arketa, WellnessLiving or something similar, we are not asking you to leave it. TrackPil is a thin layer that sits above bookings and attendance: progress data, and the report that comes out of it. The two run side by side.
