Terms of Use
The terms that apply to studios using the TrackPil service.
Last updated: 8 Eylül 2026
This text is a draft. It requires legal review and completed company details before publication.
Scope
These terms govern the relationship between TrackPil and Pilates studios that subscribe to the service or use the trial. By using the service you accept them.
Account and password
A studio account is protected by a single main password, and instructors within the studio work through a shared session by selecting their own profile. You are responsible for keeping that password confidential and for actions taken through your account. If you believe the password has been obtained by an unauthorised person, change it immediately and tell us.
Your responsibilities as a studio
You are the controller for the client data you enter. The following are therefore yours.
- Informing clients that their personal data is being processed
- Establishing a lawful basis, including consent where required, for body measurements and progress photographs
- Entering only the data you genuinely need
- Handling client requests for access, correction or erasure
- Sharing a report only with the client it concerns
Unacceptable use
You may not use the service to process another person's data without authorisation, to share images of a client without their consent, to test or attempt to circumvent the security of the system, or to reverse engineer and reproduce the service.
Report content
Reports are produced under the studio's brand and their content is the studio's responsibility. An instructor assessment is not a health assessment, and a report must not be used in place of medical diagnosis, treatment or health advice.
Fees and cancellation
The trial period is free and does not convert into a paid subscription on its own. Once a subscription begins it is charged periodically. You may stop the subscription at any time; it takes effect at the end of the current period.
Changes to the service
We may develop, change or remove features. We give notice of changes that materially affect your use.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We recommend exporting and backing up your data regularly. We are not liable for data loss, service interruption or indirect damage not arising from our fault.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account used in breach of these terms. On closure you may request that your data be deleted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
