Features
The product does one job: record how a client is progressing and turn that into a report carrying your studio's name. These are the parts that make up that job.
Clients and profiles
Fast client creation
First name, last name, gender, date of birth, height and weight. That is all. No packages, no contact details, no medical history — measurements and photos come later.
Client profile
Overview, measurements, photos, goals, instructor assessment and reports, all in tabs on one screen.
Archive and permanent deletion
A client who leaves is archived: their history stays, they drop out of the active list. Permanent deletion asks for the studio password.
Progress data
Eleven measurement fields
Weight, waist, hip, chest, right and left arm, right and left leg, body fat and muscle percentage. BMI is calculated whenever height and weight are both present.
Any date, nothing mandatory
Record a measurement whenever you take it. If you only measured the waist, enter only the waist; a blank field never blocks the save.
Comparison that holds up
Each metric compares against its own last valid value. If you skipped the waist in July, August compares against June instead. The chain does not break.
Progress photos
Front, side, back, arm, leg, waist, hip and categories you define yourself. Several photos per category are fine; you choose which one enters the report.
Goals
Numeric goals derive a progress percentage from start, current and target values. Posture, balance, flexibility and core goals need no numbers.
Instructor assessment
Core control, balance, flexibility, posture, lower-body strength and upper-body control on a 1–5 scale, plus a free note and a focus for the next period. Every category is optional.
Reporting
Guided report creation
Select the client and the period; the system gathers the measurements, photos, goals and assessment and puts them in front of you. What goes in is your call.
Readiness warnings, not blockers
Before the preview you see what is missing. The warnings are informational — they never stop you from producing the report.
White-label output
Your logo, studio name, chosen corporate palette and contact details. Our name, logo and links appear nowhere in the report.
Layout that adapts
No data means no section. Without photos the photo pages are never created; a report can be two pages or eight.
History and versioning
Regenerating the same period creates a new version instead of overwriting the old one. The document your client received stays in the archive as it was.
Optional package reminder
You can type the remaining session count by hand while building a report. It belongs to that report only and does not create a live package balance.
Studio administration
Shared device, instructor profiles
The studio has one password. On a shared tablet each instructor picks their profile and their entries are attributed to them. No separate password per instructor.
Password confirmation where it matters
Settings, branding, adding instructors and permanent deletion ask for the studio password again. Everyday measurement, photo and report work does not.
Branding settings
Logo, studio name, phone, Instagram and website. Corporate palette and report template selection, with a preview before you save.
What we don't do
We keep the product narrow. None of the following is on the roadmap; if you need one of them, the system you already run almost certainly covers it.
- Bookings and calendars
- Attendance tracking
- Package balances and payments
- Client portal or mobile app
- Automated WhatsApp and SMS
- CRM and marketing automation
